Jay was absolutely amazing. Not only did he spend hrs upon hrs showing my home for sale and sold it, he showed me dozens of homes for rent. I’m super picky and he knew that so he only showed me homes that I might be interested in. After having a stressful experience as a first time home buyer, my family and I decided to go with a different realtor. We had the pleasure to work with Dawson for the sale of your old property and purchase of our new home.
Dawson was amazing at communicating and providing options to ease our experience for the sale of property. We had the option of signing our documents online which was a great new experience and was very helpful making everything more efficient especially with the difference in our work schedules.
Dawson provided us with an amazing lawyer who had our best interest and went above and beyond with communication. He also provided advice and other effective options for certain necessary steps but had also met our budget. He even went above and beyond to help our family move.
Another big thing that made my family and I realize how amazing Dawson is, was reading through documents.
Dawson had our best interest for the purchase of property even when it came to negotiating.
For the sale of property, he did his best in protecting us from people who try to lower the price of property for minimal reasons. Something that the previous realtor did not do for us. In fact, she made us pay unnecessary fees that were for the people selling the property that we were buying. Something that should not have happened but nor the lawyer or realtor explained to us (mind you this was an in person document signing). Something we only realized when working with Dawson because we clueless all these years.
